Tawa Chicken (Full Recipe)

Ingredients:-
(Serves 4)
-2-3 tbsp Oil
-750 gms Chicken ½ cup curd
- 1½ Tbsp Ginger garlic paste
1 Tbsp Turmeric powder
-1½ tsp Cumin Seed Powder
-1½ TSP Coriander Seed Powder
-1½ tbsp Red Chilli Powder
- Salt as per taste
1½ tbsp chili garlic paste( soaked Kashmiri chili in hot water for about 5-10 minutes till it becomes soft and then take out the chilies and grind chilies and few garlic cloves together in mixer. Add little water if required. Your chili garlic paste is ready)
1½ TSP garam masala
½ l lemon juice
1 TSP Roasted Kasuri methi
- ½ cup Water Coriander leaves and mint leaves for garnishing.
Method: 1. In a bowl take chicken, add lemon juice, salt, turmeric powder, curd and mix well 2. Heat oil in a Tawa/griddle 3. Once the oil is heated, add crush garlic and fry till golden brown 4. Add chopped onions and fry till it turns golden brown. 5. Now add the marinated chicken and cook it over a high flame for around 5 minutes. 6. Now, add Kashmiri chilli powder,cumin powder,corriennder powder,garam masala powder . Chili- garlic paste and mix well Let it cook for few minutes . 7.Add Roasted kasuri methi , salt as per taste, Ginger jullieens, chopped coriander leaves and chopped mint leaves. 8 Now, add water,
mix it and cover it with lid for around 20-25 minutes on a medium-low flame, till the chicken is cooked 9. Once the chicken is cooked and goes dry uncover the lid and Add chopped coriander leaves from top and serve it.
