Prawns Biryani Full Recipe

For prawns marination:-


Wash and soak the basmati rice for 30 minutes.


2. Clean and devein the prawns. Wash them thoroughly


3. Take a bowl and add prawns, salt, turmeric powder and


chilli powder., Ginger garlic and, biryani masala,green chillies,, chopped mint leaves, chopped coriander

leaves,lemon juice, fried onions,oil and mix them well. Coat the prawns with all spices well

Keep it aside for at least half an hour.


For Rice:-

Wash rice well and soak it in water for 10-15 minutes

Boil water in a vessel and add the spices ,Salt and oil

Now add soaked rice and cook the rice till 80 % done.

Now strain the rice .


Heat a pan and add butter and oil into it. Now add marinated prawns into it.

Now cook the gravy for 10-15 minutes. add coconut milk and mix it well

Then add 80% cooked rice spread evenly and add 2-3 drops of kevda essence and 2-3 drops of rose

essence

,Food colour, fried onions, ghee on the top of it.

Let it cook for few minutes.
