Paneer Chaska Maska
Description
INGREDIENTS:
300 Grams of paneer
Ginger Garlic paste 2 Tsp
Red Chilli Powder 11⁄2 TBS
Cumin powder 1 TSP
Coriander powder 1 TSP
Salt As per Taste
1 TSP vegetable oil
Curd 2 TBSP
Oil for frying
FOR WHITE SAUCE:
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
2 cup Cream(optional for garnishing) 2 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon Cashew Paste
3 cubes grated cheese
Black Pepper Powder
FOR CHASKA MASKA MASALA:
2 Red chilies
4-5 cloves
10-12 lack pepper
2 Cinnamon stick
2 teaspoon fennel seeds
1 tablespoon coriander seeds
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
Kasuri methi
1 tablespoon Fennel seeds
Method:
Take bowl Add salt, Chilli Powder, Curd, Ginger
garlic paste, cumin powder, oil, coriander powder, curd and mix it wel
Coat the mixture to sliced paneer. And marinate it for some time.
After few minutes add oil in a pan and shallow fry the paneer piece till it become golden brown.
For Maska Chaska White Gravy add some butter and oil in a pan when it gets heated add all-purpose flour and saute it well now add cheese, Black paper powder, Salt, Kaju Paste and Maska Chaska Masala stir it till the cheese melt And add this white sauce to the fried paneer and sprinkle Kasuri Methi and Maska Chaska Masala. You can give a live charcoal to give tandoor effect.
