Nawabi Chicken FULL RECIPE

Ingredients For Tikka:
Chicken 1 kg Yogurt (hung)
4 TBSP Garlic powder
1 tsp Salt to taste
Cumin powder
1 tsp Coriander powder
1 tsp Red chili powder
4 tablespoons Kashmiri lal mirch powder
3 tbsp Nutmeg,mace and cinnamon powder
1 TSP Mustard oil
1 tsp Lemon juice
1 tsp Chat masala
½ TSP Turmeric
½ teaspoon Tandoori colour Lemon juice
1 tea spoon Oil
2-3 table spoon For Gravy Butter
3-4 table spoon Oil
1 teaspoon Cashew paste
4 tablespoons Ginger garlic crushed
1 table spoon Cream
½ cup Milk
¼ cup Black pepper
½ teaspoon Kasuri methi
½ tea spoon Salt as per taste Charcoal for smoke
Method:-
Tikka -
Marinate the chicken with, all the given ingredients for tikka and keep it aside for half an hour - heat a pan add some oil , then fry the marinated chicken pieces in it, once done place it into a bowl. –
Gravy:- Heat a pan and add some butter and oil add crushed ginger garlic crushed and stir for few minutes then add cashew paste ,cream,milk once after butter separate from it add kasuri methi, black pepper salt and lukewarm water and give it a mix. Once the gravy start boiling add fried chicken pieces into it. Cook it for few minutes. And if if you want you can add smoke charcoal for tandoor effect. Cover it for a while. - Garnish it with cream and kasoori methi Nawabi chicken is ready to be served!
