JANNAT-E-KEBAB FULL RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:

1. 350 gms minced chicken

2. finely chopped Onions 1 medium size •3. finely chopped Ginger 1 inch 4.- Green chillies finely chopped 2-3 nos. 5. Fresh coriander leaves stems 2 tbsp (chopped) 6. Black salt ½ tsp 7 Salt as per taste 8. Coriander powder 1½ tsp 9. Cumin powder (jeera) 1 ½tsp

10. Garam masala 1 tsp 9. Red chilli flakes ½ tsp 8.. black pepper powder ½ TSP 10. Ginger garlic paste 1½ tbsp 11. Mustard oil 1 tea spoon. 12. Finely chopped coriander leaves 13. Bamboo skewers as required 14. Oil For secret sauce:-

¾ cup Milk

½ cup fresh cream Salt as per taste

½ small size onion finely chopped ¼ TSP Black pepper powder 1 pinch green chillies finely chopped ¼ TSP red chilli flakes Coriander leaves finely chopped

MEATHORD:- • Mince the chicken ( mince it in the food processor or mixer grinder) • Transfer the minced chicken and add chopped onions( remove excess moisture from onion) to a mixing bowl, further add freshly chopped coriander leaves stems, powdered spices, Salt & pepper to taste, mustard oil mix and combine well.

• Dip your hands in water to prevent the chicken mixture sticking to your palms while shaping it over a bamboo skewers, grease the skewers with oil or butter before use. Make kebab as many as you wish and grill them.

• Set a pan on medium heat, add oil and butter and grill the seekh from all sides until golden brown in colour. You can also grill them on open fire and do apply ghee or butter at regular interval for getting the golden colour as well as charred Flavor. Your kebab are ready For secret creamy sauce:. Heat butter in pan add chopped onion and fry till it become golden brown. Add milk,cream,black pepper powder,pinch of salt, chili flakes, green chillies chopped, Coriander leaves and stir the sause on low flame till it become thick. Serve the kebab with piping how sause on it. With some onion rings .
